A Critical Assessment of the Ugandan North American Association (UNAA): A Report of the Presidential Advisory Group On July 15, 2004 members of what became an ad hoc Presidential Advisory Group accepted your invitation to evaluate and appraise UNAA as it is currently operated, and to make recommendations for enhancing the growth of the organization by specifically improving its ability to better serve the Ugandan community in North America.
