    9:00 AM, Friday

    UNAA has separated this forum from other convention events and will be given its own time before start of the Convention (Opening Ceremony). Participants will have all day Friday to engage each other from all perspectives.Learn More

Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy
All cancellation/refund requests must be received in writing. Email your cancellation/refund request to: registration@unaa.org. Attn: Registrar.

All cancellations received by August 15, 2010 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for request made on or after August 15, 2010. Refunds will be processed within 30 days following the convention.
 
Substitution/Name Changes
Must be received in writing. Email your change request to registration@unaa.org

Name changes received on or after August, 15, 2010 will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Returned checks will be subject to a $50 fee. UNAA reserves the right to rescind any registration and in that event will return 100% of the registration fee. All dates and times and programs of the 22nd UNAA Convention in D.C are subject to change.
