All cancellation/refund requests must be received in writing. Email your cancellation/refund request to: registration@unaa.org. Attn: Registrar. All cancellations received by August 15, 2010 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for request made on or after August 15, 2010. Refunds will be processed within 30 days following the convention. Substitution/Name Changes Must be received in writing. Email your change request to registration@unaa.org Name changes received on or after August, 15, 2010 will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Returned checks will be subject to a $50 fee. UNAA reserves the right to rescind any registration and in that event will return 100% of the registration fee.
